A consistent top producer, Julie has been with The Michael Bean Group since February 2004 and she obtained her Broker’s license in 2007.  Recognized for her commitment to the REALTOR profession including continuing education and committee work within the local and State REALTOR organization, as well as community involvement, Julie was inducted into the Honor Society for the New Hampshire Association of Realtors in June 2007.  She was awarded membership for a second year in 2008.

Julie is an active REALTOR on the local and state levels.  Locally, she is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors and currently serves on the Education Committee.  This is Julie’s second year as a member of the Professional Development Committee of the State of New Hampshire Association of Realtors.  She will be the vice chairperson of this committee in 2009.

Julie’s real estate career began in Colorado where she obtained her Broker’s license in 1996.  While in the Boulder area, Julie worked at Colorado Landmark Realtors, an affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty, and was part of an award winning team at RE/MAX of Boulder, Inc.

Inspired by her grandmother, who owned and operated the Dorothy Dufault Agency for many years in New Jersey, Julie has a passion for real estate and for helping others.

A native of New Hampshire, Julie grew up in the central part of the State but now calls Portsmouth home.  Julie volunteers at the CrossRoads House in Portsmouth and also with the Special Events Committee of Families First in Portsmouth.  Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bates College in Lewiston, ME.  When she is not helping buyers and sellers, Julie can often be found enjoying the New Hampshire seacoast area beaches with her golden retriever, Tucker.
